Add YouTube videos to your Plecto slideshows

You can easily add videos from YouTube as part of your Plecto slideshows. A slideshow can include dashboards, contests, YouTube videos, and other media that will automatically rotate on your TV screen.

  1. Go to YouTube and open the video you want to add to the slideshow.

  2. Copy the URL of the YouTube video. You can copy the URL link from the URL field at the top of your browser or click the Share button below the YouTube video, then Copy.

  3. Go to Visualization > Slideshows and create new or open an existing slideshow.

  4. Click the + Add YouTube slide button.

  5. Paste the video URL in your Plecto slide.

  6. (Optional) Add custom length in seconds to let Plecto know how long it should play the video before moving to the next slide.

  7. Click Save.
