Assigning Permissions

A guide on how to assign employees to a permission profile in Plecto.

If you are a Global Admin or have full admin access to all features, you can assign or change your employees' permission profiles in Plecto.

  1. Go to Organization > Employees and click on the employee name you want to assign to a permission profile.
  2. Click on "Edit employee" in the top-right corner.
  3. Scroll down to the section "Login access" and select a permission profile from the drop-down list.
  4. To finish, click "Save" in the bottom right.

Now you can go back to the employee list in Organization > Employees where you will see the permission profile label under the employee's name.

Be aware: Because of security reasons, you cannot change your own permissions, nor can you edit the permission profile you are assigned to.
