How to Make Someone a Global Admin in Plecto?
A guide on how to give admin access to employees in your Plecto organization.
To give an employee admin access to your organization, you'll need to assign them to the Global Admin permission profile. Only employees with login access to Plecto can be assigned to a permission profile. Read more in Introduction to Permissions.
- Go to Organization > Permissions.
- Open the Global Admin permission profile and click the Assigned employees tab.
- Click Manage employees.
- Select the employees you want to assign to this permission profile, then click Save.
Custom permission profiles
If you want to give your employees admin access to a specific feature, you can create a custom permission profile and assign them to it. This feature is available to our Large and Enterprise customers. In addition, you need to have full admin access to your organization to create a custom profile.
