Using Reports you can generate spreadsheets or presentations based on the reports you've created.
You can generate a spreadsheet (.xlsx) by going to a report and clicking the ".xlsx"-button in the top right corner. This will automatically generate a spreadsheet based on the data in the report you're viewing.
To generate a presentation (.pptx) you need to click the ".pptx" icon. This generates a presentation displaying the data from the reports with graphs and tables, providing a great visual overview as well.
