Technical and legal contacts
To add technical or legal contacts to your organization, go to Organization > Settings in Plecto. From there, you can select who should receive email notifications about technical or legal matters.
Technical contacts – Your technical contacts will receive email notifications in case of technical incidents that require their attention. An example could be if a data source gets disabled or stops importing data.
Legal contacts – Your legal contacts will receive email notifications related to payments, billing, or legal matters. One example could be a failed payment.
