How does it work?
You can add any text or symbol in front of after your formula result. If you want to add currency, time units, or other indicators to your formula result, you can easily do it by adding a prefix or suffix in the formula editor.
How to add a prefix of suffix
- Open the formula editor. You can access via Formulas in the left-side menu or directly from your dashboard (see the video above).
- Find the prefix and suffix fields and add any text or symbol you want to see next to your formula result. For example, add "$" as a prefix, "min" or "EUR" as a suffix, or any other text of your choice.
- Click Save in the bottom-right corner to finish.
Once saved, you will see the added prefix or suffix on your dashboard.
Adding prefix/suffix in the advanced formula editor
To add a prefix, click before the first parenthesis and type in the prefix. To add a suffix, click after the last parenthesis and type in the suffix.
