A guide on how to connect your Trustpilot account with Plecto.

Available data types
For each data type you import, Plecto will create one data source. Find the list of data sources under Data management > Data sources. Our integration with Trustpilot currently allows you to import the following data types:
- Overall scores
- Reviews
Our integration with Trustpilot doesn't import employee names, so all registrations in your data sources will be linked to one user – Trustpilot.

Step 1: Get your Trustpilot credentials
To connect your Trustpilot account with Plecto, you need to provide an API token, your Secret, and Company name. Here's Trustpilot's guide on how to use their APIs. Follow the instructions, then move on to Step 2 in this article.
Step 2: Connect Trustpilot with Plecto
- Go to Data management > Data sources > + New data source > Trustpilot.
- Insert your API token, Secret, and Company name.
- Click Next.
- Select the data types you want to import.
- (Optional) Expand the Advanced settings to change the data source title, default date field used in formulas, or other settings. You can access the settings also after you've created the data source.
- Click Next to finish and import your data.
