Step 1: Get your Recruitee credentials

You need an API token and your Company ID in order to connect Recruitee with Plecto. Here's how to get your credentials:

  1. Log in on your Recruitee account.

  2. Go to Settings > Apps and plugins > Personal API tokens.

  3. You will see your Company ID on this page.

  4. Click + New token to generate a new API token that you're going to use for Plecto.

  5. Copy the token and move to Step 2.

Step 2: Integrate Recruitee with Plecto

  1. In Plecto, go to Data management > Data sources > + New data source > Recruitee.

  2. (Optional) Rename your credentials.

  3. Insert your API token and Company ID and click Next.

  4. Select the data you want to import.

  5. Configure your data source settings. Here, you can change the title, choose the default date, select which fields to import, and more.

  6. Click Next to choose how much data to import and how long you want to keep it in the data source.

  7. Click Import to finish.

Our integration with Recruitee allows you to import the following data:

  • Candidates

  • Offers

  • Placements - Candidates

  • Departments
