Learn how to connect your Puzzel database to Plecto and display your call metrics on real-time dashboards.

Import data directly from Puzzel and create real-time dashboards and reports for your contact center KPIs. For each data type you add, Plecto will create one data source. Find the list of data sources under Data management > Data sources. Currently, you can import the following data types:

  • Calls
  • Agent Events

To connect to Plecto, you need to ask Puzzel to set up your Puzzel database. Once they do, you will receive a set of credentials that you can use to connect your Puzzel account to Plecto.

  1. Go to Data managementData sources > + New data source.
  2. Select Puzzel from the integration list. You will be asked to provide the following credentials:
    Login (example: 440661)
    Database password
    Database endpoint (example: hrd05.puzzel.com)
    Port (example: 8260)
    Database name (example: connectcalldata_440661)
  3. Click Next to continue.
  4. Now choose the data types you want to import to Plecto and click Next. For each data type you import, Plecto will create one data source and place it under Data management > Data sources.

To help you get started, Plecto imports 30 days of data. To import more, open the data source settings and click Import more data.
