Import your data directly from Dynamics 365 Sales and create custom dashboards for your sales data. You can connect your MS Dynamics 365 Sales to Plecto and create metrics with the following data types:

  • Accounts
  • Appointments
  • Calls
  • Contacts
  • Leads
  • Opportunities
  • Tasks
  • Users
  • Custom data types

This integration supports importing custom data types (custom objects created in Dynamics 365 Sales).

  1. Go to Data management > Data sources > + New data source > Dynamics 365 Sales.
  2. Enter the full domain of your CRM installation. The domain is the URL you see when logged in to your Dynamics 365 Sales account. The domain could look like the following:
  3. Click Next.
  4. Select the data types you want to import.
  5. (Optional) Expand the Advanced settings to change the data source title, default date field used in formulas, or other settings. You can access the settings also after you've created the data source.
  6. Click Next to continue and import your data.
