Plecto allows you to export data sources to an Excel format. However, you can only export 100 000 rows at a time. If the data source has any filters applied, they will also apply to the export.

Here's how to export your data sources:

  1. Go to Data management > Data sources and open the data source you would like to export.
  2. Click the Export button in the top-right corner. You'll see a window with details such as the total number of registrations, how the data is sorted, and if there are any filters.
  3. Click Export to continue.
  4. You'll receive an email with the download link. Follow the link, and the exported file will automatically download on your local device. All exports are sent to the email address provided in the account settings.

Security measures

Only the employee who created the export can download it. Exporting data sources this way is designed to ensure maximum security of your data.
